Excellence in Business
On Friday May 11, we had the opportunity to attend the Western NSW Business Awards in Bathurst.
These awards are designed to celebrate all types of businesses across the western NSW region. On the night, there was over 40 finalist nominated across the 12 awards.
HE Silos was nominated for the following awards:
- Outstanding Young Employee – Stevie-Leigh Morrison
- Outstanding Business Leader – Larry Storm
- Excellence in Business
Despite being unsuccessful in the Outstanding Young Employee and Outstanding Business Leader categories, it was “an honour to be nominated alongside many esteem individuals” said Stevie-Leigh.
However, HE Silos did not come away empty handed. HE Silos was awarded the 2018 Excellence in Business award.
The Speech at the Awards Night
Stevie-Leigh accepted this award on behalf of Managing Director, Steven Morrison. “I’d like to thank our amazing team for all their assistance and hard work over the past few years and I really look forward to working alongside them into the future.”
We would like to thank all of our wonderful suppliers, loyal customers, and hardworking employees for their devotion to HE Silos and making our journey the success it has been.
We are excited to attend our second NSW State Business Awards on November 23, so keep your fingers crossed for us.
